1995 Courtney Love is hospitalized in Seattle after passing out on a flight. She had a reaction to prescription medicine.

2002 OzzySharonKelly, & Jack Osbourne do an in-store autograph session at the Virgin Megastore in Times Square in New York City.
2002 Korn releases its fifth album, Untouchables.
2003 Metallica‘s St. Anger album debuts at Number One on the Billboard album chart, despite a shortened week of sales due to the record’s early release.
2003 Ozzy Osbourne bravely plays a concert in SARS-plagued Toronto — but stays up the road in disease-free Ottawa.
2004 Van Halen kicks off their reunion tour with Sammy Hagar at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
2004 Courtney Love turns herself in to Los Angeles police on a felony charge of assault with a deadly weapon. The charge stems from an April 25th incident in which Love allegedly attacked musician Kristin King with a bottle and metal flashlight at the home of Love’s former manager and boyfriend, Jim Barber.
2006 Korn cancels concerts in Ireland and Holland, and eventually its entire European tour after singer Jonathan Davis is hospitalized with a blood infection.
2008 Disturbed‘s fourth album, Indestructible, lands at Number One on the Billboard album chart with sales of 253,000 copies in its first week. The band joins Van HalenU2MetallicaDave Matthews BandStaind and System of a Down on the list of rock groups that have had three Number One albums in a row.

2013 After 35 years, three original members of Black Sabbath release a new disc called 13. It’s the first Sabbath record since 1978’s Never Say Die! to feature Ozzy Osbourne on vocals, along with guitarist Tony Iommi and bassist Geezer Butler, although founding drummer Bill Ward sits out the reunion over contractual issues.
