GHOST NOTCHES SECOND STRAIGHT NUMBER ONE SINGLE WITH ‘RATS’

Ghost has notched its second straight Number One single with “Rats,” which has topped the chart on both the Mediabase rock airplay survey and Billboard‘s Mainstream Rock Songs chart. The Swedish hard rock act’s previous single, “Square Hammer,” also topped both charts in early 2017.

Earlier singles from 2015 and 2016, “Cirice” and “From The Pinnacle To The Pit,” both reached the Top Five but neither hit the highest spot, topping out at Number Four and Five respectively.

“Rats” is the lead single from Ghost’s fourth album, Prequelle, which arrived on June 1st and debuted at Number Three on the Billboard 200 album chart, the band’s best performance there.
