A University of Central Arkansas student was pulled over by campus police for driving too slow and having a brake light out. Officers initially suspected that he may have been drinking, but after speaking with him and watching his juggling act, they realized he was completely sober. That’s right, he performed his juggling act for the extremely entertained officers and it was all caught on the officer’s dashcam.
