Kiss has announced an October launch for its 40th-anniversary set of trading cards in commemoration of the classic Donruss cards from back in 1978. Ultimate Classic Rock reported, “The cards include an 18-card base set, plus chase cards consisting of six autographed cards, three black-and-white art cards, nine-card puzzle cards, two box-topper special cards and hand-drawn original art signed sketch cards. Autographed cards include color ink or an ‘ultra-rare, gold ink signature.’ They will be available in foil packs that include two base cards, two sketch cards, one art Card, one puzzle card and one an autographed card. Specially designed boxes include 12 foil packs.” (Ultimate Classic Rock)


Def Leppard has teamed up with Rock & Brews Restaurants to introduce Def Leppard Pale and offer fans a chance to win tickets to see the band in concert. Def Leppard Pale was brewed by Elysian Brewing Company in partnership with the group to fuse the infamous malt bodies of British ales with the mysteria of Pacific Northwest hops. The launch of the beer was timed to coincide with the Def Leppard 2018 tour. Rock & Brews Restaurants throughout the U.S. will be the first restaurant brand to offer Def Leppard Pale. In celebration, Rock & Brews Restaurants have a variety of promotions planned, including “an opportunity for fans to win tickets to see Def Leppard on tour in many Rock & Brews’ markets, as well as a chance to win a trip for two to see the band in Los Angeles on October 7th, 2018.”

The second trailer for the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody has hit the Internet. The film, which will be released on November 2nd, stars Rami Malek from Mr. Robot as Freddie MercuryGwilym Lee from The Tourist portrays guitarist Brian MayBen Hardy — recently seen as Angel in X-Men: Apocalypse — plays drummer Roger Taylor and G.I. Joe: Retaliation star Joe Mazello will appear as bassist John Deacon.
