2007 3 Doors Down performs at the grand opening of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. The concert is a benefit for the band’s Better Life Foundation, which is involved in raising money to help rebuild the Gulf Coast since the onslaught of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
2007 Korn touring guitarist Clint Lowery is arrested at the Hodokvas Festival in Piestany, Slovakia, following a “wild, drunken night” in which he trashes his room. Lowery ends up leaving the tour for good later in the summer.
2015 Van Halen kicks off a summer North American tour in Seattle with a set featuring a number of rarities that have not been heard live in decades, including “Light Up The Sky,” “Feel Your Love Tonight,” “Drop Dead Legs” and “In A Simple Rhyme.”
